Head massage step by step: from hands to head spa tools
You lie down on a comfortable bed with a wash basin. I dim the lights. I start with my hands - a slow scalp massage. Then come the head spa tools. They relax your scalp in a way fingers simply can’t. The massage moves down to your neck, shoulders and upper chest (décolleté). That’s where the tension of the day usually sits.
In the background, light therapy and aromatherapy do their part. I choose oils that calm you down, not just ones that smell nice. Then comes the care part: scalp exfoliation, a wash with premium products, a hair mask and a blow-dry.
Head massage instead of a regular massage: relaxation and care in one
Your head is a place nobody usually touches. My head massage in Skierniewice gives you two things you won’t get separately.
- relaxation - warmth, scent, quiet music, dim light, and just you and me in the studio.
- care - your scalp gets cleansed, and your hair gets nourished with products chosen for its needs.
No crowds, no rush. Head spa is my second job, alongside my day job. So I focus on quality, not on how many people I see in a day.
An evening after work, or a weekend
I start rituals at 16:00 on weekdays, and I also work weekends. An evening head massage is a good way to end a long week. Looking for something shorter for your partner or dad? Check out head spa for men Skierniewice.
